For zakuska (appetizers), you’ll find pickled fare of all sorts like mushrooms with onion, olives, sauerkraut, marinated and grilled vegetables, stuffed eggplant and much more. Our impressive salad bar includes our famous Olivier salad, Korean-style carrot salad, vinaigrette (beetroot salad) and a customer favourite, “herring under a fur coat” salad that’s simply divine.
